Correspondences of the Element of Fire

Fire magic is good for working on increasing one's activity, for defensive magic, for protection, and of course, for sex magick. It can destroy, but it also purifies. It can help bolster courage and gets rid of negativity. As one would expect, Fire plants tend to have fiery sap or to taste hot (like chiles). Fire scents are also warm, a good example being cinnamon. Fire magic is easy to incorporate into a ritual using candles or incense. Fire has a lot in common with Mars.
