Airy peppermint is helpful for divination, wind magick, and visualization. Because some connect it to Venus instead of Air (and say it is Fire of Water), it is often used in love magick. For me, it's a little too fresh and clean for that.:) As many Venus scents, it is also used frequently in money spells. Crowley associated this scent with the path of Aleph on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. Some people make use of this scent for consecration. Other remark that it is for them relaxing, and so it aids in dreamwork and generally in psychic development. I think it would well for the latter, because for me it is not relaxing but really penetrating - peppermint's aroma is focusing, sharpening, almost Mercury-like in that sense, and so it might very well be very helpful in the acquisition of magickal knowledge and skills. It is definitely worth exploring as an ingredient in magick oils dedicated to sharpening one's psychic abilities, especialy together with some Moon scents. Steam-distilled from certified organic Mentha piperita in South Africa. Top Combining With Other Essential Oils Peppermint goes well with basil, black pepper, cypress, eucalyptus, geranium, grapefruit, juniper, lavender, lemon, niaouli, pine, rosemary, and spearmint.
