These pods are fertility symbols throughout Asia--many seeds mean many children. In the West, this magick herb is often used to cast love spells or to protect oneself against a love spell and so is associated with Venus. The pod's cup-like shape makes it good for asking blessing, it is great for Water magick, and it can aid in meditation. These are small pods about 1" across, which is a good size for tipping a wand.
