 Oil of Sun
I've been meaning to do a Sun oil for a long time. Solar
scents are typically warming but not too quickening. I chose
blood cedar (for the cedars of the Temple), blood orange and
other citrus (for their traditional resemblance to the Sun and
their cheering scent), calamus, laurel leaf (for Apollo), traditional
olibanum, and more. It smells great and is uplifting in its
effect. Sun influences help with the acquisition of wealth,
protection (especially in terms of dispelling various sorts
of darkness, whether they be emotional, spiritual, or magical),
and power over animals. Sun is typically warming, relaxing,
and heart-healing.
